The Clarity Hour

The Library invites you to take a mindful pause with a special program centered on guided meditation and intentional breathing. This immersive session will introduce calming breath techniques and focused practices that help quiet the mind, release tension, and build inner clarity. No experience is needed. Join instructor Nancy S. Payne and take a quiet moment to breathe and reset. Register online, in person or by calling 519-661-4600. Two hours of free parking at Citi Plaza is available. Pick up a parking voucher from the main desk at Central Library.
