Job and Career Accelerator
Job & Career Accelerator from LearningExpress provides step-by-step online support for career exploration, resume and cover letter creation, interview preparation, and job searching in Canada and the U.S. It features industry-specific examples, a cloud-based resume builder that saves your work online, and short videos and mini-lessons to help build job-search skills and confidence.
LinkedIn Learning
This a great online resource for learning specific skills like Excel, and practice tests and lessons for credentials like PMP, CompTIA, Atlassian, AWS, and more. You can also find certification options. You will also find courses on soft skills like leadership, interviewing, and more. Many of thee courses have badges that can be added to your LinkedIn profile.

Whether you’re exploring new career opportunities or looking to get more involved in your community, the London Public Library hosts an annual job fair where we connect patrons with employment agencies, along with several volunteer fairs throughout the year.

Resume Clinic
Need help writing an effective resume? Let us help you reach your employment goals! Drop in to the Central Library the fourth Monday of the month for one-on-one assistance from Goodwill Career Centre staff. Presented in partnership with Goodwill Industries. Open to all ages. Two hours of free parking at Citi Plaza is available. Pick up a parking voucher from the main desk at Central Library.
Job Search Support Pop-Up Café (Teen)
Join us for coffee, snacks, and support! Learn about tools like Job and Career Accelerator, an LinkedIn Learning, use our laptops (Or bring your own!), and meet fellow job seekers. Work on job applications, update your resume, write a cover letter, and practice interview skills!

Find new and popular books on English language learning in our English To Go bags. English To Go is available in four reading levels: Level 1 (Beginner), Level 2 (Intermediate), Level 3 (Advanced), and Academic (for those preparing for an academic environment). Each bag has 5 – 7 items.
English Test Preparation Guides
Computers, Printing, Photocopying, & Scanning
All London Public Library locations have computers for your free use! We also offer printers and photocopiers. If you are just getting started using a computer, we offer volunteer Tech Tutors at scheduled times and locations.
You can also connect to free Wi-Fi at every London Public Library location. Whether you're using your own laptop, tablet, or smartphone, you can stay connected.
Book a Study Room
You can book a study room at the library for job interviews or interview preparation, providing a quiet and private space to focus. Note: if using these rooms for online interviews or meetings, you would need to provide your own laptop, webcam and microphone. These are not available to borrow.
