The Ivey Family London Room is a research facility for genealogy and local history located at the Central Library.

London Public Library has over 40 Wi-Fi (wireless internet) hotspots. Demand is high, so place a hold and you’ll be notified when it’s available to pick up.

Do you have trouble reading regular print? London Public Library has 20,000+ large print titles. DAISY Talking Books, described DVD, and Ease Into Leisure Kits are also available.
English Language Learning Resources
Learning English? Preparing to take an English proficiency test like TOEFL, IELTS, or TOEIC? The Library has books, digital resources, and programs to help you improve your English.
Languages Other Than English
You can search for books in languages other than English by choosing "Language" under the "Refine Results" menu in our Catalogue. Place holds on books in your language and have them sent to your nearest branch for pick up.

We also have special items such as dual-language picture books, which make it easy to learn and share languages with your young family.
French
You'll find French books for adults, children and teens on the shelves at many library branches. You can also search our whole French collection by choosing "French" in the "Language" category under the "Refine Results" menu in our Catalogue.
Our Digital Library offers helpful French language resources, including eBooks and audiobooks for all ages on Cantook Libraries. You can also access French language magazines and newspapers from around the world instantly.
