The Welcome Centre at Central Library is a mental health and wellness resource that is available to everyone in our community.
At the Welcome Centre, you can meet with a Transitional Case Manager from the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA).
Current hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:30am-3:30pm.
You can find the Welcome Centre on the 2nd floor of Central Library, right beside the elevators.
What is available at the Welcome Centre?
- Friendly conversation and connection to community wellness programs.
- Wellness information, support agency referrals, system navigation assistance, and resources related to mental health and addictions, housing, food security, physical health and wellness, and financial matters.
- Supportive listening and crisis intervention for community members dealing with mental health challenges.
As well, Youth Support Workers from London Intercommunity Health Centre (LIHC) are available on the 2nd floor of Central Library on Mondays, from 1-4pm for ID Clinics and Wednesdays from 2:30-4pm for general support.

CMHA Programs
Throughout the year, there are CMHA mental health and wellness programs offered at several library locations.
