Move and groove in your costume at our Halloween Family Dance Party. We’ll dance to all of our favourite Halloween tunes and play party games. This is a drop-in program for families with children of all ages and their caregivers. Two hours of free parking at Citi Plaza is available. Pick up a parking voucher from the main desk at Central Library.
