Inktober is here, and to kick off this month we will be practicing hand lettering techniques. In this program we will go over the basics of hand lettering and then put the techniques in practice by creating a spooktacular composition. An Inktober monthly prompt will also be handed out. All materials will be provided. Register online, in person or by calling 519-661-4600. Free parking is available for two hours at Central Library with validation.
