With drop-in activities, evening hours, and something new every week, there's always a reason to visit.
Where in the world is your next read?
The London Public Library invites you on a reading adventure! We're challenging the whole family to join a Summer Reading Club! That means children, teens, and, yes, adults too! From June 21 to August 23 track your progress for the chance to win prizes as you go!

TD Summer Reading Club 2025
Calling all explorers: buckle up for a trip around the world! Register for the TD Summer Reading Club at your neighbourhood branch starting June 21 and continuing until August 23. Tell us what you're reading for a chance to win weekly prizes. Open to kids of all ages and abilities. Available at all Library locations for free!
Summer READ Program
Does your child in grades 1-7 struggle with reading? Let us support you! Our READ program offers free, weekly one-on-one sessions with trained facilitators. We build confidence, skills, and a love of reading, using books, games, and activities tailored to your child's individual interests.
Teen Summer Reading Challenge 2025
Level up your reading game and win cool prizes all summer long. Track your progress online using ReaderZone. Join the London Public Library challenge using code 08020. Log 45 days of reading and you'll be in the running for the ultimate prize. Register anytime this summer. Our challenge starts June 21.

Step into the world of Harry Potter and Percy Jackson. Use your wits to solve puzzles, crack codes, and escape the room in time!

Join us at the Children’s Library at Central for our Summer Discovery series! Drop in and enjoy amazing themed activities whenever the Children's Library is open! We will have a different theme each week for you to explore.

Library Park Pop-Ups (Family)
Come join the Library outside at the park this summer! We will bring games, stories and fun outdoor activities.

Fashion Collage with Molly Grundy
Join award-winning designer for fun and creative collage workshops that unleash your inner fashion designer. Explore illustration, design, self-expression, and mixed media techniques in an engaging, hands-on environment. All materials and tools are provided.
Painted Tiles
Cultures all over the world have painted tiles. Tiles for floors, fireplaces, and walls. Learn about how tiles are painted around the world, and be inspired to paint your own tile to take home. All materials will be provided.
Make and Watch
Join us for a fun DIY activity while you watch a teen movie! This event is suitable for those 13-18. Movies may be rated PG-13.
Folk Embroidery
Be inspired by embroidery styles from around the world and create your own embroidery project using basic stitches. No experience required!
