Join dancer and movement educator Ruth Douthwright and composer and musician Brandon Valdivia for a welcoming four-week series exploring movement, sound, creativity, and connection. Through guided movement, playful exploration, live music, and moments of stillness, participants will discover simple practices that support mobility, balance, relaxation, and creative expression. No dance or movement experience is necessary, and all activities can be adapted for people of all abilities and disabilities, whether standing, seated, or lying down. Everyone is welcome. Please bring your own yoga mat if you would prefer to lie down during the program. Register once for all four sessions: November 5, 12, 29 and 26. Register online, in person, or by calling 519-661-4600. Creative Age programs for older adults at London Public Library are generously supported by The Minto Greenberg Legacy Foundation and Westminster College Foundation.
