The Labs Waiver

 

The Media Lab, Studio, Creative Lab, and Labs are available for London Public Library members who meet the following requirements:

  • A London Public Library Card in good standing;
  • Valid photo ID (e.g. Ontario ID, Driver's License, Student ID, etc.);
  • 13 years of age or older. Users under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times and the parent or guardian will be considered the main user;
  • Completion of The Labs Waiver below on an annual basis.

Prohibited by provincial or federal law; Unsafe, harmful, dangerous or poses an immediate threat to the well being of others; Obscene or otherwise inappropriate for the Library environment; In violation of another’s intellectual property rights; for example, the 3D printers and scanners may not be used to reproduce materials subject to copyright, patent, or trademark protection.

Personal information collected by London Public Library is done so under the authority of the London Public Library Board. This will be used in the process of the library’s business.
