The Annual Fall Book Sale is back and just around the corner! Organized by the Friends of the London Public Library, this popular event runs October 17–19, 2025, at Centennial Hall. It’s a great chance to browse and save on books and other media while giving back to your Library. Proceeds from the sale directly support Library programs and services.
What to Expect
Discover a wide range of materials including books, CDs, DVDs, vinyl records, magazines, VHS tapes, and more. From adult fiction and non-fiction to children’s literature and teen favourites, there is something to suit every age and interest.
Event Details
Join us at Centennial Hall, Lower Level, 550 Wellington St., London on:
- Friday, October 17, 2025, 9am – 9pm
- Saturday, October 18, 2025, 9am – 5pm
- Sunday, October 19, 2025, 10am- 4pm
Don't miss the popular Fill a Bag Sale on Sunday! For just $5, you can fill our bag with as many items as it holds—we'll provide the bags.

- Pocket Novels - $2 each
- Hard Cover and Trade Paperbacks - $4 each
- Children's Books - $1 each
- Young Adult (Teen) books - $2 each
- Graphic Novels & Comics - $3 each
- CD's, DVD's, audio books, vinyl LP's and VHS tapes - $1 each (DVDs $1 per disc)
- Magazines - $0.25 each
- Puzzles - $10 each

The Friends Need Sale Volunteers!
The Friends of the Library are inviting community members to take part in making this event a success. Volunteer roles are available to support with setup, cash handling, and cleanup. High school students can also use this opportunity to complete their required volunteer hours.
