Renovated Branch to Reopen Late Summer!
Sherwood’s Pop-Up Library will close on July 10, 2025 as we move into the final phase of our renovation project.
That means we’re getting closer to welcoming you back to a fully refreshed and revitalized Sherwood Branch you’re going to love!
During this final phase of construction, the Pop-Up Library will no longer be available. You won’t be able to borrow, return, or pick up items at this location, and there will be no access to computers, printers, or photocopiers.
But don’t worry, Library service is still available nearby:
- You can place holds for pickup at another location, like Cherryhill.
- Returns can be made at any Library location (Sherwood’s return chute will reopen with the branch).
- Our staff can help you shift your holds to another location during this closure. Just give us a call at 519-661-4600 or email info@lpl.ca.

Please note: If you currently have holds at Sherwood, they will be available to pick up until Sherwood closes on Thursday, July 10. Any holds remaining on the shelf will be sent to Cherryhill, where they will be available to pick up on Tuesday, July 15.
